  The most important developmental stage in any child's life is the pre-school years. Mt. Prospect Child Care Center is family owned and directed, and located in downtown Mt. Prospect at 406-408 E. Northwest Hwy. Our center has 54 years of experience in early childhood education. We are devoted to helping your child develop positive attitudes and effective learning habits.

  Mt. Prospect Child Care Center offers a progressive, well-equipped center with programs for children from 15 months through 10 years, featuring full and part-time programs as well as summer camp. Our center provides separate, age specific programs, supervised indoor and outdoor activities, including an on-site playground. Children are taught both academic and personal skills, developing memory, confidence and awareness with emphasis on learning through play - play with a purpose - "The Work of Young Children".

  Mt. Prospect Child Care Center has and open door policy for all enrolled families. We are aware of the needs and concerns of families with young children and believe it is imperative that area parents be comfortable with the quality of care their children will receive. Michael and Laura Davey are co-owners and directors of Mt. Prospect Child Care Center and are parents as well. They have a 16 year old daughter, Ashleen, and a 11 year old daughter, Mary Katherine. As a family, they are dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, well-rounded environment.
