Our History
Mt. Prospect Child Care Center has been at the same location on Northwest Hwy for the past 54 years. Originally the program started in Old Central School/St. John's church basement. According to the Mount Prospect Historical Society this "one room school is a classic image of America's past. This building and all the people and organizations associated with it [are] a small part of the quilt that makes up our American story". Later, the program wa moved to our present location to allow for expansion. It has grown to encompass a variety of children's programs, preschool, drop-in and summer camp.

In 2007, The Daily Herald voted our center "The Best Day Care in Mount Prospect."

The center is currently directed by Michael and Laura Davey.
